Hi, I’m Aria - a yoga teacher, breathwork and meditation facilitator. It’s so lovely to have you here.
At the core of my work is a mission to help others reconnect with themselves - mind, body and soul. I’m passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness, meeting you wherever you are in your practice.
Beyond titles, I’m a playful, curious soul who finds joy in nature, pottery, dancing and exploring the world. But nothing grounds me more than the warmth of home, loved ones and the self-discovery that begins on the mat.
My yoga journey started unexpectedly - as a corporate lawyer navigating high-stress environments across Australia, the UK and Hong Kong. After letting my mental and physical health take a backseat, I stepped into my first yoga class and experienced a profound shift. That moment changed everything, and my desire to delve deeper into the practice and teach quickly followed.
My classes are warm and inclusive spaces for students to delve deeper into their practice, with a focus on cultivating fluid flexibility and functional movement over aesthetics. My practice is constantly evolving and continues to be shaped by the incredible spectrum of teachers that I have had the pleasure of learning from, including MoreYoga (vinyasa teacher training), Jo Phee (yin, yang to yin and anatomy training at Mission in London) and Sabrina Kelly (mat pilates).
It’s my honour to share the gift of yoga and mindfulness, creating spaces to reconnect, restore and find balance in today’s fast-paced world.

I am known for dynamic, carefully sequenced flows. From in-person to online, I offer a range of classes.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice further, I offer 1-2-1 or small group glasses tailored to your needs.
Corporate classes
I teach regular yoga classes at corporate offices in London. Yoga at work is a holistic, mindful way to bring the team together - yoga, breathwork and meditation practices are an incredible way to encourage wellness at work, to relieve stress and tension and to calm the soul. Choose from 30, 45 or 60 minute yoga classes, in person at the office or online, or design your own programme.
